I called Black Diamond at 7:30 in the evening when our furnace wouldn't start! Clay was at our door within an hour, diagnosed the problem as the control board. He went back to the shop and brought out the board and installed it. By 10:45 we had heat once again. Very happy with the service. Would have been faster if he had had a board on the truck. Very pleasant and knowledgeable service technician!

I was very pleased with your prompt services. Thank you for responding so quickly! Communication went very smoothly until the last couple of hours with the project. Even with the miscommunication, I was very pleased and satisfied until I arrived home from work. As soon as I pulled into the driveway it was very obviously that your employees parked all of their heavy vehicles and equipment directly on top of my septic system. The fact that you were there for a very costly repair of the septic system pipes, I would assume they would know better then to park their vehicles on the system that they were there to repair. Needless to say, I was not very happy or impressed!

Had 3 AC units maintained - I misunderstood; thought cleaning of filters was part of the service (it isn't), but they did the cleaning for us anyway. In cleaning the outdoor units; our water hose was used and left out in the yard.
